If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer assistance with returns within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please complete our Return Form and provide details on why the product didn't meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we aim to make the return process swift and straightforward.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items. The return package remains under the customer's responsibility until it reaches our team. Therefore, we recommend using registered and trackable shipping services to ensure safe delivery.

Exchanges

Changed your mind about the color? Ordered the wrong size? Upgraded to a new device after placing your order? We'd be happy to assist with an exchange! You can request an exchange within 30 days of purchase by completing our Exchange Form.

Exchanges can be made for any phone case model, device, or color that is currently in stock. Customers are responsible for sending the original item back to us. We recommend using registered and trackable shipping services to ensure a smooth exchange process. Once we receive the returned item, we will cover the shipping fees for sending the new one to you.

Exclusions

  • We cannot offer a refund on any items that are replacements or warranty claims.
